Thoughts and Notes: When you use Second Brain AI to capture thoughts, ideas, tasks, or notes, this data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this information unless you explicitly choose to sync it through premium features.
Account Information: If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID and optionally your email address and name, as provided by Apple's authentication service.
API Keys (Optional): If you choose to provide your own Claude API key for enhanced AI features, this key is stored securely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the app, including features used, frequency of use, and app performance metrics. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the app experience.
Device Information: We collect basic device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues.

Local Storage: All your thoughts, notes, and personal data are stored locally on your device by default. We do not have access to this information.
Cloud Sync (Premium): If you subscribe to Premium and enable cloud synchronization with Google or Office 365, your data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL). We act as a conduit between your device and these third-party services and do not store your synced data on our servers.
Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

If you enable Google synchronization, you authorize us to access your Google Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks on your behalf. Google's Privacy Policy governs their handling of your data.

Second Brain AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
