Second Brain AI is a mobile application that helps you capture, organize, and manage your thoughts, ideas, tasks, and notes using AI-powered classification and tagging.

You may sign in using your Apple ID. By doing so, you authorize us to access the information provided by Apple's authentication service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use Second Brain AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
Second Brain AI, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Ashani LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the content you create using Second Brain AI. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality.
Your use of Second Brain AI is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Second Brain AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The AI classification and tagging features are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated classifications and tags.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashani LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Second Brain AI.
You may stop using Second Brain AI at any time by deleting the app from your device. To cancel your premium subscription, manage your subscription in your App Store account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
